Shipping
We offer free shipping on every order within the United States. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. All products are shipped in accordance with applicable handling and storage requirements. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or events outside our control. Because our products are sold strictly for laboratory research use, we cannot ship to individuals who are unable to certify the eligibility requirements stated in our Terms of Service.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products (research compounds requiring specific handling and storage), we do not accept returns once an order has shipped. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@veruce.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect address entry by the customer, or orders refused or unclaimed at delivery.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only before they have shipped. Contact us as soon as possible at support@veruce.com to request a cancellation.
