Product Information and Certificates of Analysis
Every product batch is tested by an independent third-party laboratory. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are made available on the applicable product page. Because products are for research use only, we make no representations regarding safety, efficacy, or suitability for any use beyond laboratory research.
Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veruce Peptides / AD Ventures Trading LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, possession, or use, including any misuse, of products sold on this Site. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms, including any use of a product inconsistent with the research-use-only restriction stated above.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Benton County, Arkansas.
